the place was clean and we loved standard king room. the location was quiet - close to $ 10 to park, downtown seattle and puget sound and restaurants and cafes. it also was to monorail. the bar was superb.
Well, no a la carte menu.

The units were well decorated with water views. There are a safe, a minibar, and a work desk - that's always a plus.

The service at Lotte Hotel was great! The staff greeted me with warmth and charm, like long-lost friends. My room had fine views, and the espresso machine was a good perk-getting my caffeine fix was easier than finding a Starbucks in Seattle!

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement
I enjoyed the lovely bay view from my small room during my two-night stay. The staff at the valet were attentive. I faced issues with noise from neighboring rooms and an inconvenient ice delivery process that detracted from my experience. Bringing your own ice might be wise.

Perfect for couples wanting a great getaway
We had an amazing room with huge floor to ceiling windows that let in so much light it was like we were outside but safely inside and the view from up there was very nice. The staff was helpful got us all set up with room service fast when we were too tired to go out after a long day and I appreciated the mini fridge in the room that let us store some snacks from our travels.
It wasn't cheap but given the quality of the stay it felt acceptable.

Beautiful room, beautiful restaurant. The Standard King Room was beautifully designed with fine views of the city, and the Charlotte Restaurant and Lounge is beautiful.
Couldn't fault.

The Premier Suite King was super spacious, and I loved ordering room service-it arrived quickly and tasted amazing! The spa offered a relaxing massage and a great steam room to unwind after a long day. The mirrored walls in the bathroom were a bit much, but overall, it was a fantastic stay 😄
